The webcode made easy
A growing trend is for information in print and Internet media to be linked. The long path names at the end of an article which refer to further information available online are often inconvenient for readers to use. In this context, our webcode service simplifies matters. Using the webcode couldn't be easier:
Step 1
Any article in one of our printed publications for which further information can be found on the DGUV website ends with reference to a webcode, comprising a letter ("e" for English pages, "d" for German) and a series of digits.
Step 2
The input box for the webcode can be found below the search window in the top right-hand corner of all DGUV web pages. Enter the webcode in this box and click on Go. You will be redirected immediately to the desired web page or document.

Incidentally, legacy webcodes which refer to the Internet content of the HVBG are still valid. Should you wish to use one of these six-digit codes, simply enter it in the input window, in this case without the leading letter.
Recommending pages
The webcode makes it easy to recommend our online material to others should you wish to do so. The webcode of each Internet page can be found in the footer at the bottom of the page concerned. Refer to our online material in your own publications by citing the webcode.
